Returns & Refunds Policy
Every DreamRig is custom-built to your exact specification. Because of the bespoke nature of our systems, our returns and refunds policy is designed to protect the craftsmanship, time, and materials that go into every build, while giving you every protection offered by UK consumer law.
Made-to-order systems
Every DreamRig is built to order, often using parts and specifications tailored to individual customer requirements. As a result, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may not apply once component sourcing or system build has begun.
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. If we have not yet started ordering components or begun work on your system, we will honour the cancellation in full. If work has already begun, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of parts and labour incurred from any refund.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind after receiving your DreamRig. Each system is built for a specific customer and cannot be resold or repurposed without significant loss.
Our commitment to standing by your rig
We're incredibly proud of the warranty that comes with every DreamRig — it’s one of the most comprehensive in the industry, and it reflects the confidence we have in the machines we build. While we don’t accept change-of-mind returns, we’ll always stand by the systems we deliver. If anything does go wrong, we’ll be there to put it right — quickly, directly, and without any runaround. Faults and issues
If your DreamRig arrives with a fault or develops an issue within its warranty period, we’ll make it right. Please visit our Help Centre to request support.
Exceptional circumstances
If you believe your situation requires special consideration, we encourage you to get in touch. While we can’t promise a refund, we’ll always approach each case with the utmost fairness and transparency.
