Every DreamRig comes with one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry. We don't just build your system — we stand behind it for years to come. Our warranty is designed to give you complete peace of mind, knowing that we'll be there to support your investment long after it arrives at your door.

3-Year On-Site Warranty

For the first three years, we provide full on-site warranty coverage. If anything goes wrong with your DreamRig, one of our own engineers will come to you with parts in hand and fix the issue — guaranteed the next business day.

No call centres, no third-party contractors, no delays. We won't leave you without a system. In the unlikely event that we need to source a specific component, we'll fit temporary parts to keep you running while we get the original part. This isn't just a warranty — it's a commitment to keeping you productive.

2-Year Return-to-Base Extended Coverage

Once your initial 3-year on-site warranty expires, you're still covered for another 2 years under our return-to-base warranty. Simply send your system to us, and we'll diagnose and repair any issues with no labour charges. You only pay for any out-of-warranty parts that need replacing.

This extended coverage ensures your DreamRig stays running at peak performance for a full 5 years from purchase — longer than most people keep their systems.

What's covered

Our warranty covers all hardware components and workmanship defects. This includes:

  • All internal components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM etc)
  • Build quality and assembly issues
  • Component failures under normal use
  • Thermal management and performance issues

What's not covered

Our warranty doesn't cover:

  • Physical damage from accidents, drops, or misuse
  • Damage from liquid spills or environmental factors
  • Issues caused by modifications or repairs not carried out by us
  • Software problems (though we're happy to provide guidance)
  • Normal wear and tear on peripherals like keyboards and mice

Getting warranty support

If you need warranty support, simply visit our Help Centre with details of the issue. We'll typically respond within hours and arrange the next available appointment for on-site service during your 3-year coverage period.

For return-to-base warranty (years 4-5), we'll provide detailed shipping instructions and handle the entire process from collection to return.
