Shipping & Delivery Policy

At DreamRigs, we don’t just hand your system over to a courier and hope for the best — we deliver it to you personally. Every DreamRig is carefully transported by one of our own team members to ensure it arrives exactly as it leaves our workshop: pristine, protected, and ready to power on.

Where we deliver

We currently offer personal delivery across most of mainland UK. If you're located in a remote or offshore area, please get in touch before ordering — we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible, or work with you on the best alternative solution.

How delivery works

Once your DreamRig has completed testing and final quality checks, we’ll contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you. We typically offer weekday delivery windows, and we’ll give you a clear ETA so you’re not left waiting around.

Delivery costs

Delivery is included in the cost of every DreamRig — no hidden fees, no surprise shipping charges. You’re paying for a premium product, and we believe the handover should reflect that.

Protecting your Rig

Every system is transported upright and securely fastened in foam-lined transport boxes, designed specifically to protect high-performance PCs in transit. We’ll even assist with unboxing and setup if you'd like a hand getting started.
