1. Overview
DreamRigs is a trading name of PCC Technologies Limited, a UK VAT registered company. Our company number is 16321060 and our VAT registration is GB489884206. Our registered address is Highcross House, Minsterworth, GL2 8JW. By placing an order with DreamRigs, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Orders & Contract
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy a custom-built computer system. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. A binding contract is formed only once we confirm that we’ve accepted your order.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required before we begin sourcing components or building your system. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order prior to the commencement of work.
4. Custom Builds & Cancellation
DreamRigs are built to order using components selected for each individual customer. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel may be lost once we begin sourcing components or starting the build. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If work has not begun, we will refund your order in full. If work has started, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of parts or labour already incurred.
5. Delivery
We offer personal delivery to most of mainland UK. Full details are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on component availability and testing requirements. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time once your build is complete.
6. Warranty
All DreamRigs come with a 5-year limited warranty: 3 years on-site service, followed by 2 years return-to-base support. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and hardware failures. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications. For full details, please see our Warranty information.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of each DreamRig, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind. If a system is faulty or damaged, we will repair or replace it in line with our warranty. Full details can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of a DreamRig system. Our total liability in any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
9. Component Availability
We reserve the right to substitute components of equal or greater performance and value if a specified part is unavailable. Any changes will be communicated in advance for your approval.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
